DPD Switzerland introduces international mail service

DPD has launched a new service in Switzerland for outbound international mail. Volumes aretransferred to parent company La Poste in Paris for worldwide distribution.



DPD Switzerland said that international mail lies outside the monopoly reserved area forSwiss Post. It now offers customers the option of collecting their international mail, andforwarding it to La Poste for sorting and onward distribution.

The French post office subsidiary said it is putting particular focus on offering good valuefor money. The product’s competitiveness is further increased by its strong international networkand one-stop shopping service.
