Less than a quarter of shoppers willing to pay for sustainable delivery, Asendia report finds

Conflicted shoppers compare price and sustainability

Three out of four online shoppers are “sustainably-minded” but only one in four is willing to pay more for 100% carbon neutral deliveries, with shoppers instead more likely to pay for faster fulfilment and last mile solutions, as speed continues to top sustainability in consumers’ delivery preferences, a new report by cross-border shipping specialist Asendia has revealed.
