Frédéric Bernard heads Chronopost Healthcare

Chronopost has appointed Frédéric Bernard as director of its new Chronopost Healthcare division.

Bernard, who has worked for the French express operator for the past 11 years, has already managed its healthcare logistics activities for the past year. His previous positions included customer experience director and sales director.

The DPDgroup subsidiary said its new division combines all of its healthcare logistics services, including Chronomédical, its temperature-controlled unit BioLogistic and the medical transport service 360° Services.

“Chronopost Healthcare aims to become the dedicated solution for the temperature-controlled or ambient transport of pharmaceutical products (medicines), bio-medical deliveries and urgent specialist deliveries (clinical research, transplants),” it explained.
