Escher releases Riposte updates

Postal and courier industry solutions supplier Escher has announced updates to its award-winning Customer Engagement Platform, Riposte, to enhance the customer experience.

Furthermore, the latest versions, Riposte Application 8.1 and Riposte Core 13.1, include several feature enhancements that help Posts everywhere to drive even greater efficiencies and costs savings, while creating several opportunities for incremental revenue growth.
