German CEP market shrinks amid weak peak as consumers cut spending

The German courier, express and parcels (CEP) market looks set for a historic decline this year with lower peak season volumes as cost-conscious consumers cut their spending and the pandemic-driven e-commerce boom tails away, according to new forecasts from the German Parcels & Express Logistics Association (BIEK).
