ShipStation expands shipping options through Australia Post’s StarTrack Courier partnership

Order management and delivery software company ShipStation has extended its partnership with Australia Post to offer a one-stop shop for Australian e-commerce retailers’ domestic and international shipping.

A new integration with Australia Post's StarTrack Courier, and the addition of international and returns shipping capabilities for Australian e-commerce retailers will be added to ShipStation’s services.

Through the integration, ShipStation will provide Australian customers with a comprehensive solution for domestic and international shipping within Australia. This will help online retailers to fulfill a larger amount of shipments, to expand their business, and to deliver a better customer experience.

Furthermore, as StarTrack Courier specializes in domestic delivery, warehousing and third-party logistics solutions, the cooperation will strengthen the already existing integration of ShipStation with Australia Post. ShipStation will continue to offer Australian e-commerce merchants a variety of shipping options and a reliable solution for managing their daily shipping needs domestically and internationally.

Andrea McFarling, VP of Marketing at ShipStation, commented: “It’s been a pleasure working with Australia Post through the years. And we're excited about expanding that partnership to include StarTrack, international, and returns services.

"ShipStation is always looking for new ways to help our Australia-based customers, and these new integrations will offer e-commerce sellers in Australia a distinct competitive advantage.”

Ben Franzi, General Manager, Intermediaries at Australia Post, added: “The partnership between ShipStation and Australia Post has already provided benefits to our customers through ShipStation's connectivity.

“We’re excited to now build on that relationship through the integration with StarTrack services and work together to assist online retailers all over Australia.”

ShipStation's growth in Australia is continuously progressing due to the international success the enterprise experienced since its founding in 2011. ShipStation has over 300 global partnerships with shopping carts, marketplaces, carriers and fulfillment services. Furthermore, the company helps tens of thousands of e-commerce retailers with solving their daily shipping needs.
