Up to 800 retailers, logistics service providers and other stakeholders will gather in Berlin at the end of June for the second Deliver conference to discuss a wide range of current issues in the e-commerce, parcel and logistics sectors.
The 2nd edition of the invite-only and carbon neutral DELIVER series will take place in Berlin’s Funkhaus on June 27th & 28th.
Building on the success of the first edition of DELIVER in Luxembourg last September, which gathered 400 delegates from 30 countries with a 100% post event appraisal ratio, the second edition doubles in size with 800 delegates from 50 countries, including 450 retail decision makers, up to 150 logistics service providers, 50 investors, 50 journalists, 50 e-commerce associations and 50 guests including speakers, policy makers and promising startups.
This international event gathers a ‘League of Leaders’ from most iconic retailers from all continents with a focus on European largest e-commerce markets (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Russia, Benelux, Nordics), while some retailers will travel up to 20,000 km from USA and China to join.
Top speakers include Maros Sefkovic, European Commission – Vice President, Karima Delli, European Parliament – Chairwoman of Transport Committee, Tom Allason, Shipping Vice President of Ebay, and Maxim Romain, General Manager Europe of Wayfair.
At the inaugural edition, 67% of selected retailers were at C-level and 17% at CEO/MD level, with an average of 50 M€ in sales, the event organisers pointed out.
As an innovation hub in retail and distribution, DELIVER #2 focuses this year on robotics in fulfilment & delivery as well as in mobility automation. This will be covered during the 4 keynotes as well as with a global roster of most disruptive robotics startups showcasing their latest technology in action.
Selected retailers, investors and journalists are invited with VIP passes whereas logistics vendors join by buying all-inclusive sponsorship packages including one-to-one meetings with prominent buyers spending together several billion
euros in logistics services.
