Collect+, the UK’s innovative parcel delivery and returns provider, has teamed up with majorretailer John Lewis to trial its collection service that allows customers to pick up John Lewis
products bought online at local convenience stores and petrol stations.The service will initially be available in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and the South Westof England. It follows the successful launch of a free nationwide returns service in Februaryenabling John Lewis customers to return online purchases from their local CollectPlus store.
Collect+ operates a network comprising over 5,250 convenience stores, newsagents, supermarketsand petrol stations in the UK. The John Lewis CollectPlus service will be available at 1,500locations in the four regions mentioned above at a cost of £3.

The Collect+ service offers flexible and convenient returns and deliveries through Yodel fromparticipating shops within the PayPoint network.
