Hermes UK gets New Look in five-year home delivery contract

Hermes UK has won a five-year contract from the British fashion retailer New Look to providehome delivery services for its fast-growing online business.

Under the multi-million pound deal, Hermes will handle more than three million parcels per yearon behalf of New Look to households across the UK.

The contract with Hermes ensures New Look’s customers receive a convenient and effectivedelivery service for orders placed via its website. It covers all clothing, shoes and accessoriesfor men, women, teens and children available online using Hermes’ standard 48-hour and next daydelivery options.

As part of the agreement, Hermes will collect parcels from New Look’s third-party fulfillmenthouse in Lichfield, Staffordshire, on a daily basis and transport them to its national distributionhub in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. From there, orders will then be distributed to more than 7,500lifestyle couriers, via the company’s regional depot network, for onward delivery to customers.
