Blue Dart Express gets Customer & Brand Loyalty Award

Blue Dart Express, South Asia’s largest integrated air express courier and DHL subsidiary, wasrecognised with the Customer & Brand Loyalty Award in the logistics category “Domestic Express”

at the 5th Loyalty Awards taking place in Mumbai, India, this month.

This is the second time in a row that Blue Dart has won this award outrivaling various othernational and international players who were also nominated for the honour. DHL’s Indian expresssubsidiary has received the award for attaining the trust and loyalty of its customers anddelivering consistent high quality services over the last 28 years.

The Loyalty Awards were the result of a Consumer Research undertaken in five cities of India andsupported by nominations received from organisations. An accredited agency is appointed for theresearch of the awards nominees and winners, Blue Dart explained.

In the beginning of this month, Blue Dart Express announced improved profits by nearly 30% in2011 with domestic volumes growing 13.6% to 98.85 million shipments last year. The companydelivered over 423,200 tonnes of documents and parcels across the nation and worldwide in 2011.
