TNT Express is again providing its delivery services as the official carrier of the 24thEuropean Film Awards at the awards ceremony to take place in Berlin on 3rd December.
As a transport partner of the European Film Academy (EFA) since 2007, TNT is taking over thedelivery of all the nominated films for the 15th year in a row to more than 2,000 jury members allover Europe.
In addition, TNT is responsible for picking up the award trophies for the winners in 17categories at the jeweller Theo Fennell in London and shipping the “European Oscars” in a specialpackaging to the festive gala in Berlin’s Tempodrom.
At the awards ceremony, more than 25 TV crews and over 30 accredited photographers will bepresent with the event being streamed live on the internet and broadcast in over 100 territoriesworld-wide.
At the end of the ceremony, the guests will be shuttled to the five-star superior HôtelConcorde, the “official hotel of the 24th European Film Awards” where the after-show party takesplace. On two floors, the hotel will become an exclusive party location with different buffets andlive cooking stations. One of the first attractions will be TNT’s display where winners can leavetheir statuettes well-presented and security-guarded, EFA said.
After the ceremony is over, TNT will take the statuettes to bring them to the engraver and thendeliver them to the winners’ homes.
