Flash Europe

Pan-European courier Flash Europe is continuing its international expansion with the opening oftwo new offices in Istanbul, Turkey, and St. Petersburg, Russia.

The new locations are strategically very important for Flash Europe which generates the majorityof its revenues from the automotive industry.

The company has thus chosen Istanbul due to its proximity to Bursa, Turkey’s fourth largest cityand one of the most industrialised metropolitan centres in the country where many of the world’slargest automotive suppliers and producers operate.

In Russia, more and more car manufacturers are now represented with their production facilities. Moreover, the number of vehicles is strongly increasing in the Russian market. Therefore, a sharpincrease in production can be expected.

Frederik Luz, Managing Director Europe at Flash Europe, commented: “The connection from Russiato Western Europe but also from Turkey to Western Europe and to Russia is becoming increasinglyimportant. We would like to offer our customers a real competitive advantage as a provider ofpremium logistics for air and road.”

“The proximity to the production facilities of our customers is essential so we can respond totheir needs in the best possible way. Therefore, we have been establishing our own subsidiaries inEurope since 2003,” he added.

With the two new offices in Russia and Turkey, Flash Europe is now represented Europe-wide in 14countries including Germany, Poland, France, Romania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Morocco, Spain,Portugal, Hungary, Tunisia, Czech Republic, Russia and Turkey.
