portfolio of freight forwarding, customs brokerage and distribution solutions.The new Chicago office has more than 9,662 sqm of space with more than 7,897 sqm dedicated todistribution and is strategically located with easy access to Chicago O’Hare International airportand intermodal rail facilities.
Thanks to the proximity to the airport and rail yards and onsite warehouse and distributioncapabilities, the FedEx Trade Networks Chicago office can serve as a gateway to support theend-to-end supply chain needs of the company’s freight forwarding and customs brokerage customers.By using a gateway operating model in Chicago, the company can provide highly efficient and costeffective entry/exit point solutions for consolidated, heavy weight and international cargoshipments.
