TNT Express Germany goes to cinema with Berlin film festival

At this 61th edition of the international film festival, TNT Express will once again ship filmsand further shipments to Berlin from all over the world. During the ten festival days, TNT willalso place a service stand near the festival centre at the European Film Market where participants,journalists and visitors can hand in their parcels at a low-priced Berlinale special tariff forshipping to 220 countries and regions worldwide.

Thomas Kraus, Managing Director of TNT Express Germany, commented: “Social responsibility hasbeen a matter of course for TNT Express for years and this also includes promoting culture.” TNTExpress and the Berlinale renewed their successful cooperation last year until 2012.

In addition to the film festival in Berlin, TNT Express also plays an important role at theEuropean Film Awards (EFA) which take place in a different European metropolis each year. For theEFA awards in December last year, the company supplied the submitted competition entries to thejury members all over the world and transported the statuettes for the winners to the last year’svenue in the Estonian capital Tallinn.
