RS Components, the world’s largest distributor of electronics and maintenance products, hasappointed Parcelforce Worldwide as its new UK domestic carrier in place of DHL Express following a
tender. The contract value was not disclosed.The Royal Mail parcels subsidiary won the two-year contract, which will start on July 19,following a renewal tender involving a number of delivery carriers. Previously the UK contract washeld by DHL Express, RS Components announced.
