DHL launches DHL Challenge!! user-reward campaign in Japan

DHL will launch the ‘DHL Challenge!!’ campaign from October 1 to December 31 in Japan to promoteuser-friendly DHL Express services.



Gifts will be awarded based on the number of times customers order shipments using dedicatedexport account numbers that begin with “58” during the period. Customers can register at thecampaign website by clicking on the campaign banner on the DHL website.

Based on points collected for each shipment, customers can select their gifts. Draws will beheld each month, but customers can also accumulate their points for the Grand Draw in December, DHLJapan said in a statement.

With their allocated points, customers can redeem gifts such as coffee, sweets and seasonalfruits that users and their colleagues in the office are sure to enjoy together. A Basic Course ofgifts will be available every month, and a Monthly Special Course will offer items that change eachmonth.

The campaign website also includes unique content, such as an online game featuring a DHLcourier working in the field where customers can stand a chance to increase their points. In thegame titled ‘DHL Box Choice’, customers have to select one DHL box out of three boxes and if theirchosen box contains a point, they will be awarded one point and will lose a point if they select anempty box.

Due to popular demand from customers, DHL’s user-reward campaign is now entering its thirdyear. During the upcoming campaign period, courier staff will distribute pamphlets to customers andwear campaign arm bands to increase awareness of the campaign.
