FedEx Express has continued to extend its retail network in Mexico with the opening of a centre inSan Luis Potosí, the northern city hosting its domestic express hub.
The new FedEx World Service Center offers customers individual and automated shippingservices and offers a full range of domestic and international express delivery. The new locationbrings the total number of FedEx WSCs in Mexico to 35 in addition to the 326 FedEx Authorized ShipCenter Locations (FASC) across the country.
FedEx Express launched its nationwide domestic express service in Mexico last autumn,operating out of hubs at San Luis Potosí and Toluca (central Mexico). It is also expanding capacityat its facility at Guadalajara airport in western Mexico.
