Ken May resigns as head of FedEx Kinko’s

FedEx announced Ken May has resigned as president and chief executive officer of FedEx Kinko’s, theFedEx retail network business, and Brian Philips, chief operating officer of FedEx Kinko’s, will

become acting CEO.

The resignation of May, who assumed leadership of Dallas-based FedEx Kinko’s in January 2006,is effective March 31. “After incredible 25-year career with FedEx, the time has come for me toresign and refocus my energy on my family, friends and other personal interests,” May said to FedExKinko’s team members.

T. Michael Glenn, chief executive officer of FedEx Services, said: “Ken has been a trueambassador for our people-first philosophy throughout his career, and he relied on that philosophyto transform the culture at FedEx Kinko’s, which includes the operations of FedEx Kinko’s.”
