Spain-Tir has been busy expanding services and capacity both inside and outside Europe thisautumn. It has opened a new 3,600 sqm warehouse complex in Murcia, bringing to 65 the number ofcentres it operates in Spain and Portugal.
In another move at enhancing its Spanish services, Spain-Tir is installing video surveillancesystems in all its warehouses to monitor cargo movements. The aim of the system, says the firm, isto increase security inside its facilities, reduce losses and improve merchandise handling.
