DELIVER Europe is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a record-breaking edition on June 4-5, 2025, in Amsterdam, with the show bringing together leading executives to discuss the trends and innovations that are shaping the future of commerce in Europe.

This year, the show, which is being held at the Taets Art & Event Park in Amsterdam, is expected to draw more than 1,100 senior retail executives and over 150 logistics and supply chain providers to discuss everything from artificial intelligence, sustainability and cross chain collaboration to supply chain leadership, customer experience and returns.
The 2025 edition will feature a programme of more than 50 hours of content, Attendees will include executives from retail giants such as Amazon, Nike, Walmart, H&M, Levi Strauss & Co, Procter & Gamble, and Samsung, alongside logistics leaders including Maersk, DSV, GLS, Ocado Intelligent Automation, Spring GDS, Swiss Post, Geopost, and DP World.
Keynote speakers
Headlining the keynote stage are two globally renowned figures. Christiana Figueres, Founding Partner of Global Optimism and former UN Climate Chief who was instrumental in the 2015 Paris Agreement, will deliver an address on June 4 on climate action and the pivotal role logistics can play in driving sustainability.
“I am delighted to be joining DELIVER Europe for its 10th anniversary,” said Figueres. “I’ll be exploring how bold innovation and collaboration in logistics can lead the way toward a sustainable future.”
Entrepreneur and fragrance pioneer Jo Malone CBE will also take the stage, on June 5, sharing her personal journey of creativity and reinvention from founding Jo Malone London to launching her second brand, Jo Loves.
The conference’s mainstage will also showcase a broad cross-section of executive perspectives. Ajit Sivadasan, President of Global eCommerce at Lenovo, will explore how the supply chain can become a strategic asset in a hyper-competitive e-commerce landscape, while Maria Hollins, CEO of Ann Summers, will examine how to revitalise heritage brands for the digital age.
Other companies taking part in the keynote stage include THG, Siemens, Mars Wrigley, Jack Wolfskin, Decathlon Czech Republic, and Coty.
Thematic stages
The broader conference will span four thematic stages, each focused on innovation, operations, sustainability, and customer experience. Brands such as Geopost, GXO, Uber Direct, DP World, Asendia, Maersk, Amazon Shipping, DHL, and Colissimo will contribute insights on emerging technologies, last-mile strategies, and customer-centric fulfilment models.
On day one, for example, Thiemo van Spellen, Global Accounts Managing Director for Geopost will share a presentation on, “From browsing to delivery – what matters to Gen Z,” while Patrick Wolf, Business Development eCommerce Manager at Swiss Post will discuss how to unlock high value e-commerce markets.
On day two, Alexander Schmitz-Huebsch, Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Head of International at DHL will host a presentation on, “Beyond the basket: exploring the preferences of Europe’s online shoppers.”
Complementing the public sessions are six exclusive Elite Table discussions, offering senior executives the opportunity to engage in off-the-record conversations about key industry challenges. Topics will include AI-led forecasting, global trade disruptions, end-to-end visibility, and sustainability in the last mile.
New features
To honour its 10-year milestone, DELIVER Europe is also unveiling a series of elevated experiences designed to foster community and celebrate the industry’s evolution.
On June 3, the event will host an exclusive C-suite Dinner, an invite-only evening bringing together senior retail leaders for private, high-level discussions. Meanwhile, on June 5, the new Women in Retail Breakfast will offer a curated networking opportunity for women in leadership, fostering inspiration and collaboration in a supportive setting.
Another new addition is the Sustainability Lounge, a dedicated space for leaders committed to climate-conscious transformation. Sponsored by Spring GDS, the lounge will serve as a platform for sharing ideas, forming partnerships, and accelerating the shift toward net-zero supply chains.
Capping off the celebrations, the 10th Anniversary Party – sponsored by DP World – will feature gourmet dining, drinks, and a DJ set from French house music legend Bob Sinclar.
