Bring has entered into a new framework agreement with grocery retailer ICA Sweden to expand its out-of-home network, aiming to establish several hundred new parcel agents at ICA stores across the country.

The strategic partnership builds on an already strong relationship between the two companies. Bring currently operates around 500 parcel agents at ICA locations in Sweden.

Partnership expansion

With parcel volumes growing by 26% over the past three years, Bring plans to add approximately 300 more ICA-based agents to meet increasing demand and improve accessibility for customers.

“We notice that our customers appreciate combining parcel delivery with their grocery shopping,” said Jonas Carlsson, Head of Bring’s delivery network. “It is easy to find parking, there are good opening hours, and ICA offers a high level of service. This agreement allows us to reach more people where they already go in their daily routines.”
