The European market leaders in 2023 in terms of volumes, according to the report, were Amazon Logistics with a market share of 12.8%. Geopost (11.0%) and DHL Parcel (9.6%) were ranked second and third.
In terms of revenues, Geopost (12.6%) was ahead of DHL Parcel (8.9%) and DHL Express (8.5%).
Split by country
The largest market is Germany (4.8 bn items in 2024) followed by the UK (4.4 bn items), France (2.1bn items), Turkey and Poland.
