Croatian Post has taken a big step forward in decarbonizing its operations by reducing its total greenhouse gas emissions by 18% in just one year.

The postal operator reduced its emissions by 11,600 tons in 2024, compared to the previous year, thanks to fleet electrification, energy efficient facilities and optimization of logistics processes.

At the same time, Croatian Post grew its business activities last year, meaning that it has decoupled growth from emissions. The postal operator delivered 17.5 million packages to customers in Croatia, which was 2.5 million more than in 2023.
