USPS’s DeJoy claims postal regulator PRC is holding the agency back

USPS Postmaster General Louis DeJoy has “extoled” the significant progress the organisation has made on its 10-year Delivering for America (DFA) plan, but stressed that inflation, burdensome regulations, and stakeholder resistance, including from its regulator – the Postal Regulatory Commission – have held the firm back in recent years.
