UK online sales slump continues in March amid “unpredictable” customer behaviour

Online retail sales in the UK fell last month by more than a quarter (-25.5%) year-on-year, the latest IMRG Capgemini Online Retail Index has revealed, which was just a small improvement on February’s -27% slump. But sales still remain higher than pre-pandemic levels.
