Swedish fashion brand NA-KD tracks deliveries to the door with PostNord

Swedish womenswear label NA-KD has signed an agreement with PostNord using its upgraded Varubrev service for traceability and delivery of parcels to customers’ front doors.

PostNord has upgraded the Varubrev service to include notifications via SMS or email to customers when goods are delivered. If a customer is not home but the package is too big to fit in the mailbox, there is now the possibility of having the goods delivered at the door. All types of households are included, with the exception of rural areas.

PostNord Varubrev normally offers mailbox delivery of ‘heavy’ letters up to 2 kgs. The additional services are free and attracted NA-KD to sign up for the service. Already signed in March, the new agreement will come into effect from June onwards.

Andrey Busk, logistics manager at NA-KD, stated that traceability and the possibility of delivery at the door were crucial factors when the company chose to sign the agreement.

NA-KD.com was launched in January 2016 and has since established itself as one of the fastest growing e-commerce brands in Europe. The e-commerce site has over 8 million visitors every month and NA-KD’s goods are supplied to more than 100 countries every month. NA-KD clothing is also available from over 600 retailers worldwide, including marketplaces such as Zalando and ASOS.
