UPS has strengthened its Asia Pacific management team with the appointment of Michelle Ho as Managing Director of UPS Singapore. In this role, the 23-year UPS veteran will assume responsibility for UPS’s express delivery and logistics operations in Singapore.
Ho most recently served as Vice President of Finance, UPS Asia Pacific Region, where she was instrumental in driving the company’s shared services strategy, and efforts to optimize UPS’s network and identifying new growth opportunities. She champions women empowerment and diversity causes, and actively contributes as a committee member of UPS’s Women Leadership Development program.
The new Singapore chief began her career with UPS in 1993 as a finance and accounting collection supervisor in Singapore. Over the years, she assumed various roles including UPS’s China District Controller, Director of Finance and Treasury for UPS Asia Pacific Region, and the Vice President of Finance, UPS Asia Pacific Region.
