The former boss of trans-o-flex and a long-serving executive have been brought back to the German delivery company by its new owners.
Klaus Heinz, 70, who ran the company from 2001 to 2008, has been named as head of a new advisory board which will support the company management. The new owners will make up the rest of this board.
Wolfgang Weber, 56, who was part of the management team from 2003 to 2011, has been appointed as director for restructuring and quality. He joins the management team consisting of CEO Frank Iden, sales director Christian Knoblich and financial director Michael Stadlmann.
Trans-o-flex was sold earlier this month by Austrian Post to its two former owners, Amberger Familien GbR and Schoeller Holding, who acquired equal shares. They previously owned the company from 1995 to 1998.
