Royal Mail’s express and parcel subsidiary Parcelforce Worldwide has signed up Palletways as its new pallet service provider to grow the number of new and existing parcels customers using pallet services.
Under the three-year contract, Parcelforce will continue to provide a one-stop solution for customers who want both parcel and pallet services profiting from Palletways’ express palletised freight network across Europe with industry-leading scanning and pallet tracking systems.
Parcelforce Worldwide’s pallet services are fully integrated within its online shipping system, making it easy for customers to book collections, run management reports, track pallets and print labels.
Delivery options available include a pallet delivery service in the morning (PalletAM), a next-day delivery service (Pallet24) and two-day delivery service (Pallet48).
Those customers who need flexible delivery and collection options can also choose Saturday delivery and collection on the same-day by 11am.
