This year’s conference introduces four unique streams of content: customer experience, which explores consumer preferences through delivery; delivery download, in which leading carriers give their overview of the market; going global an opportunity to hear views on expanding eCommerce through cross-border trade and the transformation of delivery, which gives a snapshot into the future of delivery innovation.

Kees de Vos, Chief Product Officer at MetaPack, said: “This is a unique event that provides visitors not only with a packed conference agenda with highlights from the sector’s most sought after speakers and over 35 exhibitors from leading brands, but also with the chance to see exciting new players including Volvo Ship To Car, On the Dot and Doddle. As if this were not enough, visitors can also take advantage of the many networking opportunities that it affords.  It is one day packed with vital insight and innovative thinking which will underpin strategic planning for the year to come.”
