Spanish parcels carrier SEUR is launching a pioneering OneClick service, an automatic button which activates a collection delivery service.
The DPDgroup subsidiary will launch OneClick as a pilot project in Madrid in September and aims to expand it to the rest of Spain.
This solution, designed for large and small business customers, will enable them to perform an automatic collection in one simple click via a ‘smart button’, thus speeding up their processes. It is targeted at customers who frequently use standard delivery services.
The service, developed in cooperation with telecoms group Telefónica, was presented as part of the latest innovations from Telefónica I+D in the area of the Internet of Things (IoT) that have been materialised in new smart buttons.
This immediate service, already available on seur.com via the online button “Express pick-ups”, will allow the company to complete its omnichannel offering, aiming to improve the service experience of customers by providing speed and ease of use.

SEUR said the launch demonstrates once again its commitment to innovation and to putting the customer at the centre of its strategy. In recent years, the company has made an ongoing investment of over €10 million per year, to strengthen its infrastructure, operations and technology. This includes the development of new value-added services for customers, as SEUR Predict, to report the exact time of delivery, or SEUR SameDay or SunDay, for deliveries the same day or Sundays.
