Start-up French webshop Cha’gribouille, which specialises in children’s gifts, has selected DPD France as its delivery partner.
The award-winning company, founded in 2011 by entrepreneur Pauline Costa-Valmier, offers gift-boxes featuring the customer’s own choice of presents from a range of mostly French-made products, including clothes, toys and accessories.
DPD France picks up the orders daily from Pauline Costa-Valmier and delivers them within 24 or 48 hours across the country using the group’s Pickup network of parcel collection shops.
“We will handle the orders of Chagribouille.com and the little treasures they contain with the greatest of care every day,” commented Gildas du Retail, head of B2C services at DPD France. “This start-up which approached us to learn more about our transportation and delivery expertise delighted us with its positioning, and we are proud to count them among our clients.”
In addition, DPD France is making a special offer of one free delivery of a Cha’gribouille order during the summer sales period from June 24 to August 4.
Mostly a deferred B2B parcels operator, DPD France is expanding in the B2C sector. The parcel company, formerly called Exapaq, delivered more than 59 million parcels in France last year through a network of 56 branches, six national sorting centres and some 5,000 Pickup points across the country.
