FedEx launches new loyalty programme for SMEs

FedEx rewards loyal customers with gifts

FedEx has expanded its loyalty programme for SMEs enabling all its small business customers thatship or print with FedEx to participate in the programme and to profit from special offers and

rewards.

‘My FedEx Rewards’ builds on the company’s existing loyalty programme and is free to join.Participants can receive special offers and earn rewards for their eligible FedEx Office purchasesand eligible FedEx shipments through FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight.

The loyalty programme allows customers to choose from gift cards for music, restaurants andstores or redeem their offers to select items from a variety of brand-name products.

“Building long-term relationships with our customers is embedded in the FedEx culture,” BeckyHuling, vice president, Customer Engagement, said. “My FedEx Rewards offers real benefits to oursmall business customers through special offers and rewards, and we are excited to deepen theseimportant relationships.

“The ability to earn rewards on such a variety of FedEx services is what makes this programmereally special,” she added.

In addition to various shipping, logistics and printing solutions that FedEx customers canprofit from, the company recently introduced two new options that make shipping even easier forsmall business customers. One of these solutions is FedEx One Rate, a US-based flat-rate pricingprogramme for shipping with FedEx Express that offers simplified and predictable pricing. The otheroption FedEx Delivery Manager allows parcel recipients in the USA to customise home deliveries tofit their schedule.
