Aramex launches Express Box to simplify parcels shipping for UAE customers

Aramex has launched a new service called Aramex Express Box in partnership with Al AnsariExchange, a UAE-based company specialised in foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer, to

offer customers in the UAE a convenient solution for shipping their parcels.

Aramex Express Box is an automated kiosk with boxes strategically placed at selected Al AnsariExchange branches around the UAE that will make it easier for Aramex customers to send theirinternational and domestic express shipments. They just need to prepare their parcels and drop themin the secure kiosks at a time and place that fit their schedules.

Prior to launching the service, Aramex had carried out a survey in its service centres acrossthe country. It revealed that 70% of the respondents liked the idea of using a self-service machineto pay for and send packages and express shipments.

Following the survey, Aramex has initially launched the self-service portals at 14 Al AnsariExchange locations across Dubai and Sharjah, with plans to roll out more of such kiosks in thefuture.

Aramex Express Box also enables customers to track their shipments with instant SMS mobileupdates and around the clock support via the dedicated Aramex helpline to keep them informed ondelivery progress.

The Aramex Express Boxes will offer extended service times, more UAE locations in addition toour existing 14 outlets, as well as different payment options including credit and debit cardtransactions.”
