Leading Italian online bookstore IBS.it has signed up for deliveries direct to the nationwideparcel locker network operated by InPost in cooperation with TNT just in time for Christmas.
The Milan-based e-retailer has signed a strategic agreement with TNT Italy for deliveries to the100 lockers currently in operation in various parts of the country as well as to the 1,200 TNTPoints located in retail outlets.
The lockers, supplied by Polish firm InPost, are already in operation in Rome, Milan and Turin,and in neighbouring areas, as well as at Carrefour supermarkets and various Total and Repsol petrolstations. InPost and TNT Italy, which exclusively manages the marketing and logistics of the lockernetwork, aim to expand to 1,000 locations next year under their strategic cooperation.
