UK express parcel carrier City Link has launched a new web-based e-booking solution for same daycustomers enabling them to pay by credit and debit cards without having to create an account in the
first step.Instantly accessible round-the-clock, the new payment service allows customers to book acollection within one hour at any time. It follows the introduction of a web-based booking tool forexisting account customers earlier in the year to provide total flexibility and ease of use, CityLink explained.
For using the service, customers just need to complete an online booking form while a postcodesearch function automatically populates the address field. They can also select the vehicle typewhich is most suitable for their delivery requirements by using the online vehicle guide.
