Hermes UK scoops home delivery contract with Chums

Hermes UK has won a three-year contract with the independent mail order company Chums to providehome deliveries of its products across the country.

Under the deal, Hermes will handle around 250,000 deliveries each year of menswear, ladieswear,lifestyle and assisted living products ordered via the Chums’ website and catalogue.

For daily collections, Hermes will use a dedicated trailer from Chums’ central warehouse locatedat Knowsley Business Park in Merseyside, North West England. The parcels will then be transportedto the company’s regional hub in Warrington for sorting and further delivery to its UK depotnetwork.
