FedEx Express has opened a new station in Khon Kaen, in the north-east of Thailand, to expand itsservices in the country.
With the new facility, customers in Khon Kaen will be able to profit from later cut-offtimes until 6 pm while shipments collected before 1 pm are uplifted to Bangkok the same dayensuring earlier arrivals of parcels at the final destination.
Khon Kaen, about 400km from Bangkok on the main route to Vientiane, capital of Laos, servesas a regional centre for education, financial institutions, government offices and transportationand also has an industrial importance, especially for the region’s silk trade, as well as anagricultural hub.
Located in the centre of the city, the new FedEx station offers a full range of convenientand secure international express delivery services to local businesses and households. It is openfrom Monday to Friday (9.30 am – 6 pm) and Saturday (10 am – 3 pm).
