British same-day courier company CitySprint has launched a new courier booking and tracking appcalled MyCourier to provide more convenience for customers when booking and tracking their
deliveries.Using their smartphones including iPhone, iPads, Android devices or Blackberries (availableshortly), CitySprint customers (both account and non-account holders) can now access all of thecompany’s services including quotes, booking and live tracking of deliveries via the MyCourierapp.
In addition, MyCourier app users can also cancel and amend their bookings before they areallocated to a courier, view the status of all their bookings, the proof of delivery signature andaudit trail of their delivery and add their favourite addresses or synchronise their address bookfrom their online account. A default collection point can also be set via the app.
According to Ofcom’s latest figures, 58% of the UK population own a smartphone and 19% own atablet device as having a smartphone or tablet is increasingly becoming the new norm.

To use the app, customers can either login using an existing CitySprint online account or createa profile and pay with their credit card.
