TNT Express France has launched a new delivery service for domestic pallets exceeding 30 kg to betransported within 48-72 hours within continental France.
The deliveries of the pallets are made on a daily basis with delivery times depending on thepostal codes of the starting point and the destination. Only one pallet can be delivered to thesame recipient.
For time-definite deliveries, customers need to contact the international customer servicewhile regular shipments can be ordered through a respective sales representative.
Pallet shipments weighing over 30 kg require an international shipping bill and aninternational account number which customers who do not have one can be assigned. The domesticshipping label for express shipments is not valid for transportation of domestic pallets as it onlyapplies to shipments not exceeding 30 kg.
To track their pallets, customers can consult TNT’s website www.tnt.fr and the respectivesmartphone and iPad applications by entering the number of their international shipping label.
All goods need to be palletised to benefit from the services, TNT stressed.
