DHL Express is testing more flexibility for MyDHL users in Singapore with a recently addedcredit card payment option.
In July, DHL Express Singapore launched a trial with a selected group of users, allowing them touse credit cards to pay for services rendered through the online shipping portal MyDHL. So far,over 200 users have signed up for the new payment service, with more than 200 transactions made todate. DHL expects the number of customers opting for the alternative to grow as businesses gear upfor the festive season at the end of the year.
Following the launch of MyDHL in Singapore in April this year, DHL Express saw a total of morethan 330 registrations in the country, mainly by SMEs and local educational institutions. As partof DHL’s on-going commitment to service excellence and improvement, feedback on the portal wasgathered from MyDHL users and one frequent request was to allow for more flexible paymentalternatives.
