FedEx Trade Networks, the group’s air and ocean freight forwarding business, has launchedoperations in Glasgow, Scotland, as part of its ongoing expansion initiative in the UK and more
broadly around the world.This is the third FedEx Trade Networks office to open in the United Kingdom and will offercustomers amplified access to major global markets and the company’s comprehensive portfolio offreight forwarding solutions, FedEx announced.
Strategically located close to the Glasgow (GLA) and Prestwick (PIK) airports, as well asGreenock and Grangemouth ocean terminals, Glasgow is an ideal location for the expert ininternational trade to launch operations. The addition of Glasgow to its existing freightforwarding offices in London and Manchester strengthens the company’s global capabilities withincreased coverage in the UK.
