Aramex signs up introNetworks for HR collaboration

Aramex has signed a multi-year agreement with the global social network introNetworks to createan internal network to leverage human resources such as talent, knowledge and intellectual skills

to solve problems and boost growth.

introNetworks focuses on creating a deep understanding of each employee in an organisationthrough building a thorough knowledge-base of their professional interests, business skills andexperience. This information helps the enterprise maximise operational effectiveness. The networkis integrated into the working processes of the employees and allows them to find expertise acrossborders and collaborate in teams to solve specific issues.
