UK logistics and supply chain management company ByBox has acquired the remaining shares in PPRSolutions, a British provider of outsourced engineering services, to further expand its end-to- end
supply chain offering.Now fully under the ByBox umbrella, PPR will be rebranded to ByBox Tech Ressource, offeringbespoke, high-end engineering services on a variable cost basis.
Since the ByBox’ initial acquisition of PPR over two years ago, PPR’s sales more than doubledwith growing demand from customers for flexible, fully managed engineering solutions. Set up sixyears ago, PPR rapidly built up an impressive client list across many sectors, ByBox said in astatement. PPR has more than 200 engineers throughout the UK with a range of clients across retail,financial services, utilities, telecommunications and IT.

Founded in 2000, ByBox provides overnight delivery before 8am to a network of drop boxes. Nowgenerating revenues of £51 million, the company has a network of more than 18,000 boxes at 1,500locations across the UK serving over 230 customers. It has won various awards and was listed in theSunday Times Fast Track 100 and the Sunday Times International Track 100.
