DPD has won a Motor Transport Award as Fleet Van Operator of the Year in the UK for the secondtime in three years while Hermes gained two awards.
The prestigious award is to honour DPD for its Predict service, as well as its driverproductivity and employee engagement. It is DPD’s fifth Motor Transport Award in three years andone of the numerous accolades DPD received due to DPD Predict.

Hermes UK has received Motor Transport awards for both customer care and an IT system migrationproject, triumphing in the categories Customer Care and Team of the Year. Palletways was able towin an award for developing systems for tracking pallets moving through the network and Palletlinecame out on top against strong competition as Network of the Year.
The Motor Transport Awards are held annually and are sponsored by market giants such asMichelin, Isuzu and TNT, specifically focusing on the road freight industry. This year, about 1,500people attended the event in London organised by the Motor Transport magazine.
