Dutch-based returns logistics specialist Cycleon has announced the opening of an office inSingapore for the development of reverse logistics solutions throughout the Asia Pacific
region.The company already operates providing returns management solutions for leading webshops andelectronic manufacturers in Europe.
“A presence in this region is a next step to accommodate the geographical expansion of ourend-to-end returns management solution,” explained Ernst Hoestra, Cycleon CEO. “Building on demandsfrom clients with a global presence and the increasing need for a fit for purpose reverse logisticssolution for companies based in the region, the set-up of a regional office was evident.”
Through an in-house developed and maintained IT platform, Cycleon aims to link logisticsnetworks throughout the Asia Pacific region.
“Our solution has proven to provide our clients a hassle-free service that brings their cost ofreverse logistics down and enhances their customer loyalty. Companies in Asia Pacific can nowbenefit from this expertise,” Hoestra added.
According to Cycleon, a team of commercial, operational and IT staff is currently beingassembled to support the growth of the Asia Pacific business in its own time zone.
