USPS redesigns Click-N-Ship online tool for more customer convenience

USPS has launched the latest redesign of its Click-N-Ship online service making it easier andfaster for customers to manage and ship their domestic and international parcels.

The improved of Click-N-Ship application enables small businesses to go online and ship theirproducts in four easy steps. The four-step progress bar allows customers to easily track where theyare in the “Print a Shipping Label” process. The new home page that is easier to navigate providesquick access to the Shipping Cart, and the Shipping History landing page where users canimmediately view their labels produced in the previous 30 days, and the new Address Book which canstore up to 5,000 addresses.

The Click-N-Ship cart capacity has been increased from 10 to 20 labels with simplified paymentprocedures. Thereby, all shipments, whether domestic or international, can be paid for in onetransaction.

“The new Click-N-Ship offers a clean, open display, eliminating clutter for a simpletransaction, yet has all the tools and fast paths needed to ship with just a few clicks,” thecompany said in a statement.

Customers can also make use of the new fast path to Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping and sendtheir packages with fewer clicks while the “Ship Again” feature allows them to recreate labels fromtheir shipping history cutting the number of clicks by more than half.
