German same-day express and emergency logistics provider time:matters has strengthened itscooperation with Lufthansa Cargo AG with a new express service for very urgent shipments under the
name “Courier.Solutions”.As Lufthansa Cargo’s exclusive partner and part of the Lufthansa Group, time: matters nowprovides through specially developed processes key services such as individualised shipmentmonitoring round the clock as well as shipment-related communication services and custody ofconsignments. It also ensures service quality of more than 99%, in addition to the shortestacceptance and transit times, the company claimed. The service doesn’t have any weight limits soentire pallets or containers can be transported with it.
Using the Courier.solutions service, customers can drop off their shipment at Frankfurt Airportup to 90 minutes before departure. At various other airports, the minimum drop-off time is one hourbefore departure. At Frankfurt, the transit time is only 60 minutes, compared with 180 minutes fortd.Flash, while the transfer time at Munich is 50 minutes. To this end, Lufthansa Cargo said it hasdeveloped special processes to ensure that shipments are accompanied by dedicated staff at alltimes.

Courier.Solutions can now be booked through all Lufthansa Cargo offices. Bookings via otherLufthansa Cargo distribution channels such as call centres and electronic platforms will bepossible in the course of this year.
