DHL Express Canada has opened new national headquarters in Brampton, Ontario, merging its threeexisting service centres in the Toronto region into one single facility to reduce costs and
streamline its business activities.The centralised facility comprises 3,159 sqm office space with a new 9,290 sqm warehouse and isexpected to provide additional opportunities for DHL to meet and exceed its customer expectationsand grow its business, especially on the international level.
The new space will provide capacity to process packages from 57 international routes with thecapacity to increase to 90 routes as the international business continues to expand. The facilitywill house a service centre for international pickup and delivery, corporate offices and a callcentre which were previously located in three different facilities.
