British SameDay courier CitySprint rebrands with new logo to support growth

CitySprint's new look

Expanding British SameDay courier CitySprint has re-branded with a new look including a new logoand a strap line ‘We deliver’ marking the “next phase of growth” for the company.

From now on, the new corporate identity with the logo, strap line and colours will be visible onthe uniforms of CitySprint’s 2,000 couriers but also on the company’s vehicles, collateral and theupdated website.

Patrick Gallagher, CEO of CitySprint, commented: “This is an exciting development forCitySprint, the new branding is an important step along the path of continued growth as we look tofurther consolidate our position as the UK’s leading same day distribution network. Whether it isoriginal ideas, valuable data or wonderful presents, the ‘We deliver’ strap line encapsulates ourfocus on meeting and going beyond our customers’ expectations.”

Last year, CitySprint expanded its network across the UK with several acquisitions including thetakeover of the logistics company TnM Couriers in Warrington, North West England, and Swindon-basedcompany Mainlink Courier Services, and its sister business Airlink Worldwide. In November, itagreed the acquisition of Lewis Day’s UK courier operations.

Following the latter deal, CitySprint’s new combined operations comprise over 2,000 couriers,2,000 vehicles, 35 ServiceCentres and approximately 15,000 transactions per day. The company doesnot disclose its revenues.
